Florien is a gem
Florien was brilliant from start to finish and we will definitely be back to finca Bella roca it was stunning and so perfect for our family. Even when our flights were delayed Florien couldn’t do enough for us. He explained everything really well and handled everything professionally throughout the booking process. He also gave us a discount code for car rental which was helpful. Thanks Florien!

Original on TrustpilotThe view of Ibiza town / Dalt Villa from this villa is astonishing. Being here gave our family the best of both worlds - a nice quiet base to relax but close to everything we wanted to see and do. The pool was great as was the outside dining space. We all slept comfortably and we would highly recommend this villa to other families / groups looking for a peaceful base in Ibiza.

Original on AirbnbImmer wieder über Florian buchen!!

About The Balearian
We have lived in the Balearics since 2013, five of those years on Ibiza. We know the owner families, the property managers and the islands as they are lived day to day, from the weekly market in Pollença to the best table in Es Cubells.
We have personally visited every villa we represent. We promise nothing we have not seen for ourselves.
Personal. Discreet. Swift.
Tell us what matters to you. We will reply with a personal selection of villas to suit, usually within 2 hours Monday to Friday and within 12 hours at weekends. At busy times it may take a little longer, but we will be in touch as soon as we can.
