Villas in Palma & Surroundings

Palma is the only true city in the Balearics and one of the most agreeable on the Mediterranean: the cathedral of La Seu above the water, an old town of courtyards and patios, the restaurants of Santa Catalina, a harbour of yachts and ferries. Renting a villa here pairs city life with a pool and garden, with the beach or the mountains twenty minutes away.

The most sought-after villa addresses lie on the city's edge: Son Vida with its three golf courses and views across the bay, Bendinat and Cas Català with old pines and the coves of Illetes close by, Génova and Establiments at the foot of the Tramuntana, and Portixol and Es Molinar with houses near the seafront promenade. Typical are generous properties behind high walls, many with a heatable pool, a gym and a garage, often only ten minutes from the old town.

Son Sant Joan airport is 15 to 25 minutes away, which makes Palma the natural choice for short stays, golfing trips or a winter of city and sea.
