Four-bedroom villas for eight guests
Eight guests need space without anyone being consigned to the sofa. The houses here usually have four bedrooms, so if you are looking for a four-bedroom villa in Mallorca, you are in the right place. How the beds are arranged and how many bathrooms there are is shown on each house's page. We never accept more guests than the licence allows; the Balearic tourism law (Ley 8/2012) sets the places for each house. Finca or villa for eight
A finca sits in the countryside, with a garden, peace and long views; a hire car comes with the territory. A villa is more often in a coastal village or on a hillside above the sea, with restaurants and coves close by. You will find both here. Many of the houses have sea views, others are in quiet rural settings away from the villages. For a party of eight, the real question is often less about size than about evenings: a stroll into the village, or a long dinner on your own terrace? By the beach or in the countryside
Some houses are within 1 km of a beach, a few right on the water; our seaside villas collection shows them all, and the Near the beach filter above the listings narrows this page accordingly. The rest are spread across the island: the southwest with its marinas and coves, the Tramuntana in the northwest with mountain villages and a steep coastline, the southeast with gentle hills and small calas, plus houses around Palma, in the north, the northeast and the island's interior. Pool and features
Every house has a private pool, and at some it can be heated for spring and autumn; we confirm the cost and lead time for each house before you book. Many have a fireplace for cooler evenings, and some a sauna, hot tub or steam room.
