Large Villas and Fincas for Groups in Mallorca

Every house here is licensed for at least 10 guests, and some for considerably more. Looking for a villa that sleeps 12, 14 or 16? Set the guests filter above the listings to the size of your group and only houses licensed for that many will remain. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and how the beds are arranged, is shown on each house's page, so a villa with five, six or more bedrooms is easy to find. Large houses usually come with generous outdoor space too: terraces, lawns and pools where a group never feels crowded. Many have sea views; some have an outdoor kitchen for evenings around the grill, a heatable pool or a tennis court. The filters above the listings and each house's page show exactly what is there. Fincas are in the countryside, with large grounds, quiet and distance from the neighbours; a hire car is part of the picture. Villas are more often by the sea or at the edge of a village, with the beach, harbour and restaurants close at hand. You will find both here, mainly in the southwest, around Palma and in the southeast, with more in the northwest and northeast. For a large group it often matters whether every bedroom is equally good and how many have their own bathroom, and that is something we can tell you from our visits.

With a group, much of the organising tends to fall to one person. We can take some of it off your hands: our concierge can arrange a private chef for a shared dinner and airport transfers for everyone, on request and at an additional cost, which we confirm in advance.
