Villas and Fincas for 12 to 16 Guests in Mallorca

With twelve or more guests, grandparents, parents and children often travel together. Then it matters whether there is a bedroom with a bathroom on the ground floor, whether there are children's rooms with single beds and whether the house has several living areas where everyone can withdraw. Some houses have a guest house on the grounds or a separate apartment. That is not always on the house's page; we know the houses from our visits and will tell you before you book how rooms and bathrooms are arranged. Fincas of this size are often old estates with stone walls, a courtyard and extensive grounds, in the island's interior, in the southeast or at the foot of the Tramuntana. Large villas are more often found in the southwest and around Palma, some with sea views, a few within 1 km of a beach. For a large party one hire car is not enough, and the distances to the shops matter; we will tell you how far the supermarket, the beach and the restaurants are from the house. With sixteen people, a great deal rests on one person: arrivals, shopping, meals. A private chef for a shared dinner, grocery delivery before you arrive and airport transfers for everyone can be arranged by our concierge on request, at an additional cost; we quote the prices in advance. Whether celebrations are allowed and how many day guests may join is the owner's decision; we settle it before you book so there are no misunderstandings on site.
