Villas and Fincas for 10 Guests in Mallorca

With ten guests, several households usually travel together, and what matters then is whether the house offers places to retreat: two living areas, a second terrace, a guest house on the grounds or bedrooms on more than one floor. Couples want to know how many bedrooms have their own bathroom; families, whether the children's rooms are near the parents. That is not always on the house's page, but we know it from our visits and will tell you before you book. Houses with a cot and high chair also appear in our family villas collection.

Large fincas sit in the countryside, often on extensive grounds with olive trees and distance from the neighbours; a hire car comes with the territory, and two are better. Large villas are more often found on a hillside above the sea or at the edge of a coastal village, close to beach, harbour and restaurants. You will find both here, mainly in the southwest, around Palma and in the southeast, with others in the Tramuntana and the northeast. With ten of you, meals are shared, indoors and out. Look for a dining table that seats everyone, an outdoor kitchen or barbecue and a pool with room for ten loungers. Some houses have a heated pool, a sauna or a tennis court; the filters above the listings show what each one offers. A private chef for a shared evening, grocery delivery before you arrive or airport transfers for the whole party can be arranged by our concierge on request, at an additional cost; we quote the prices in advance. Whether celebrations are allowed in the house is the owner's decision, and we settle it before you book.
