Small Villas and Fincas for Couples in Mallorca

The small fincas are in the countryside: near Pollença in the north, near Campos in the south and in the Tramuntana near Deià, where one has an infinity pool on the hillside. Here the appeal is quiet, nature and long evenings outdoors; you will drive to the beach and the village. The small villas are mostly in the southwest, several with sea views. Which suits you depends on whether you are looking for seclusion or a view of the sea, and we are happy to talk you through both from what we saw on our visits.

The houses on this page are licensed for up to six guests, which makes them suitable not only for couples but also for a small family, two couples travelling together, or a couple with their parents. How many bedrooms a house has and how the beds are arranged is shown on its page, so a two-bedroom villa is easy to find; the guests filter above the listings shows only houses licensed for your party. The price is for the whole house, not per person. You can therefore rent a house for six as a couple and have the space, the pool and the garden entirely to yourselves. The minimum stay depends on the house and the season and is shown on each house's page. For shorter stays we are happy to ask the owner on your behalf. Tell us your dates when you enquire and we will confirm the price for the house before you commit.

A small finca right on the sea is a common wish, and an honest answer helps: in Mallorca they are rare, because fincas are traditionally inland and coastal law protects the strip along the shore from new building.
