Mallorca's largest private pool: luxury villa Eden Roc

Mallorca is famous for exclusive fincas, spectacular villas and Mediterranean luxury. But only a few properties on the island reach a level that impresses even experienced Mallorca travelers.

These exceptional properties include Villa Eden Roc in southern Mallorca, a luxury villa that is famous among experts for one thing in particular: the largest private pools on the entire island.

With a water area of around 300 m², this pool is less reminiscent of a classic swimming pool than of a private lagoon nestled in a Mediterranean garden landscape.

A pool area like a private resort

While most private pools on Mallorca are between 40 and 100 m² in size, Eden Roc clearly exceeds these dimensions.

The pool was deliberately designed to be organic and lagoon-like, creating an atmosphere that is more reminiscent of a boutique resort than a classic holiday villa.

Special highlights of the pool area:

• Around 300 m² water area
• Natural Lagoon Shape Instead of a Classic Rectangular Pool
• spacious beach entrances
• Extensive Sun Terraces around the Water
• Mediterranean Garden with Palm Trees and Natural Stone
• The perfect combination of swimming, relaxation and privacy

Due to its exceptional size, the life of the villa is naturally spread around the pool. Guests can swim, relax on the terraces or spend long summer evenings by the water together.

Especially for larger groups or families, it becomes clear why large pools are one of the most important criteria for luxury villas on Mallorca.

Luxury villa Eden Roc: privacy at the highest level

In addition to the spectacular pool area, Eden Roc offers everything you would expect from a real luxury villa in Mallorca.

The villa combines modern architecture, Mediterranean materials and spacious outdoor areas to create an elegant overall picture.

Typical features of this exceptional property:

• Spacious plot of land with absolute privacy
• Several luxurious bedrooms and suites
• Large Terraces with Views of the Mediterranean Landscape
• High-quality equipment and designer interiors
• Quiet location in the south of Mallorca near fantastic beaches

The location in the south of the island is considered particularly exclusive by Mallorca Experts. It is home to some of the most beautiful beaches on the island as well as charming towns such as Santanyí, Ses Salines and the famous natural beach Es Trenc.

Why large pools are so popular among luxury villas

Many guests who book a villa in Mallorca spend a large part of their stay directly on the property.

As a result, an exceptional pool quickly becomes the heart of the entire holiday.

A large pool offers:

• More privacy than hotels
• Enough space for families or groups of friends
• A real resort feeling in your own villa
• Perfect conditions for long summer days on the water

Villas with particularly large pools are therefore among the most sought after properties in the luxury segment of Mallorca.
