Palma Boat Show 2026: What to Expect This Year

From April 29 to May 2, Moll Vell harbour transforms into the Mediterranean's biggest boat show. Everything about the Palma Boat Show 2026, incl. Superyacht Village, tickets and insider tips.

In just a few days, the Palma Boat Show 2026 opens its doors and officially kicks off the Mediterranean yachting season. From April 29 to May 2, Marina Moll Vell, right at the foot of La Seu cathedral, transforms into southern Europe's biggest boat show. Over 600 boats, more than 100 superyachts and 295 exhibitors meet around 38,000 visitors. And we'll be right there.

Key Facts: Palma Boat Show 2026

The Palma Boat Show 2026 (officially the Palma International Boat Show) runs for four days, 10 am to 8 pm each day. General admission costs €13 online (€12 at the box office), and a four-day pass is €49.50. Children under six enter free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets are available through the official website.

The show is divided into several zones: the Superyacht Village for yachts over 24 metres, the new Superyacht New Build Hub at Club de Mar featuring new builds from 35 to 80 metres, a Refit & Repair Zone for maintenance and technical services, plus the Aquazone and a curated Culinary Experience with Mallorcan gastronomy right by the water.

What Makes This Year's Palma Boat Show Special

The Palma Boat Show 2026 places a particular emphasis on sailing yachts this year, at a scale never seen before at a European boat show. Shipyards like Royal Huisman, Pendennis, Baltic and Southern Wind are presenting their latest designs. There's also a clear focus on sustainability: alternative propulsion, sustainable materials and the show's own carbon offsetting programme were already a theme in 2025 and are expanding further in 2026.

A highlight for many visitors is the Superyacht Village. Mallorca has become one of the Mediterranean's most important superyacht hubs in recent years, and you can feel it at the Palma Boat Show: you can tour yachts, speak directly with brokers and explore charter and purchase options. Individual yacht viewings usually require prior appointment, so plan ahead which vessels you'd like to see.

Our Personal Tips for Your Visit

Based on our experience from previous years, here are a few tips:

Come during the week. Wednesday and Thursday (April 29–30) are noticeably quieter than Friday and Saturday. More space, shorter waits for yacht viewings and a more relaxed atmosphere.

Plan a full day. The Palma Boat Show is bigger than you might expect: there's a sea shuttle between Moll Vell and the new Hub at Club de Mar, but the Superyacht Village alone takes several hours if you're serious about it.

Book dinner in advance. During the Palma Boat Show 2026, restaurants in the old town, along Paseo Marítimo and in Santa Catalina fill up fast. If you turn up without a booking, expect a wait. Our recommendation: try the on-site dining; the Culinary Experience overlooking the fleet is something special in its own right.

Why the Palma Boat Show Matters for Finca Guests

Even if you're not planning to buy a yacht, the Palma Boat Show 2026 is worth the visit as an event. The atmosphere at the harbour in Mallorca with superyachts in the background and the cathedral above is unique. Add the Culinary Experience, the Aquazone with the latest water sports gadgets, and the chance to explore the world of superyachts in Mallorca with no commitment.

For guests staying in one of our fincas or villas in Mallorca, the Palma Boat Show 2026 is the perfect excuse for a day in the capital. Palma is just 20 to 40 minutes from most of our properties.
