When can I expect an answer?
We usually respond within 24 hours. By telephone and via WhatsApp, usually immediately.
How does a booking request work?
With your request, we will check the availability of the desired finca individually. A booking is only binding after your written confirmation.
Is it possible to make a reservation?
On request, a one-time, non-binding option can be granted for up to 48 hours. After this period, the finca is automatically released again. In principle, there is no provision for an extension.
What payment methods apply when making a booking?
A deposit of 30-50% is required upon booking. The remaining amount, including any deposit, must be paid no later than 40 days before arrival. You will receive all payment details in writing in advance.
What are the cancellation conditions and is insurance recommended?
We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Without appropriate insurance, the object-related cancellation conditions apply, which we will explain to you in full before booking.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is usual for our exclusive villas and fincas. The amount and method of payment depend on the object and will be notified to you transparently before arrival. The refund will be made after proper departure.
